- The child must be taken to the respective co-located Anganwadi centre along with the Aadhaar card or birth certificate as proof of age, which is mandatory for admission/registration.
- Admission is free, and children can be enrolled anytime between the ages of 3 to 6 years. All children in the prescribed age group within the area served by Anganwadi centres/Balvatikas operating in government school premises must be registered.
